When you sign up as a subscriber to list your property for sale, or for rent on this web site, you are agreeing to a co-brokerage agreement with Think Belize Limited, the owner and administrator of the site. Our physical address is Cucumber Beach Marina, 5 Mile Western Highway, Belize City. Once you have agreed to this by completing the online subscription, you will receive an e-mail from us verifying your intention to list and work with us.

     At that point, we will ask that you download and sign the formal co-brokerage agreement. This will need to be returned to us by fax, e-mail, mail or in person along with a copy of the document which shows your right to sell or rent and/or a copy of the title to the property. After you have completed the online subscription, you will be allowed to upload your listing to the web site.

     However, it will not be published for public viewing until the site administrator has received the documents noted above. You will be able to edit your listings freely. However, the administrator reserves the right to withdraw any listing that may be misleading, is known to have been sold, or for which the right to sell, or rent has expired. In designing this facility, it is our hope that it will be a means by which we can help to unify the real estate industry in Belize and in so doing, contribute to establishing a more advanced market place.
